  1. Hello, how can you do this many squats everyday, don't you need to take every other day off to recover?

    1. Hey Hun, I do take days off to recover. During the squat challenge I rested on the designated rest days. I made sure to stretch every night as well which helped with soreness and tightness of the muscles used. :)
