Toned Legs with Roasted Chicken

I started a new fitness routine today. I like to switch my exercise regimens every four to five weeks. It keeps my body challenged and beats boredom. It was all about the quads, glutes, and calves this afternoon.

In this video, I'm performing side kick squat combo in four positions for 3 sets of 12 repetitions. A total of 48 reps per set. This was the very last exercise move I did to complete my workout. I wanted to burn my legs out, which I definitely achieved. 

I roasted chicken wings and baby brussels sprouts for dinner. Paired it with a side of gluten free parmesan risotto. The chicken was simply amazing. Click here for the recipe.
