Will Yourself Into Action

We’ve all met or had encounters with those who are willing to do whatever it takes to succeed. Unless success means they have to set realistic goals, develop a sound plan of action, and work extremely hard toward achieving their desired result(s). Although Merriam-Webster defines inaction slightly differently, the above stated sounds pretty close in comparison.

In my opinion, action or inaction is a direct reflection of will. If you’re willing to act you’re more likely to achieve your desired results; however, if you’re not willing to take action your desires can best be described as wishful thinking. It’s that simple!

Now obviously action and action alone is not the sole reason for success, but it this movie it plays a leading role. Don’t shortchange your opportunities by ignoring its significance. Instead, impose your will with a vengeance and simply refuse to lose! Remember, your action or inaction will be a factor in the outcome of your results! Make Moves That Make A Difference!  

In this clip I'm executing the following exercises: Stiff Leg Barbell Good Morning, Barbell Deadlift, Leg Press, Box Jump, and Head Stand.
