Believe to Achieve

Written by Mrs. LC

Belief has to first be conceived, then nurtured, and finally embraced in order for personal achievements to occur in ones life. It's my belief that fitness has made me stronger, not simply physically stronger, but mentally and spiritually stronger. It has provided an increased level of confidence that allows my lens to be open to the possibilities of what I can achieve.

And achieve I will… All it takes is for me to try, try, and try again, because belief isn’t found in success but rather discovered through a series of failure. If an achievement was meant to be easy, it wouldn’t be called an achievement; a given would be the more appropriate word to fill in the blank. But the narrative to my story will not be given but achieved through hard work, dedication, and healthy dose of belief!

In the beginning of this video clip, I'm executing walking lunges from one end of the room to the other. Upon reaching my destination, I stop, turn around, pop out a series of squats, and proceed back in the direction from which I came.
