Yoga and Me

Namaste

I'm back to practicing my yoga again. I got away from it for a few months. My body was starting to miss all the wonderful benefits from doing it. Over the weekend while browsing YouTube, I came across a plethora of yoga channels. I'm really enjoying Yoga with Adriene's channel.  I love her simplistic approach and style. She doesn't take herself too seriously and has a sense a humor. I'm also doing Jillian Michael's Yoga Meltdown, that's available for free here on BeFit TV. Yoga provides me with great balance between the heavy lifting and vigorous training I do. I'm still on the search for a good yoga studio in my area. I would love to join a professional class one day soon.

  4. I have neevr tried Turkey Kielbasa, is it in the sausage section- does it taste good? This looks like a good lunch idea for me next week! Also, the pic of the broiled tilapia... what did you season it with and how did you cook? I am going to steal all of your food recipes LOL!
