Back and Biceps + Breakfast Pizza

Egg White Pizza

I love breakfast so I'm always thinking of ways to spice things up. I decided on egg white pizza with a side of watermelon.


Ingredients:

3 egg whites

1/2 cup cooked potato

1 piece of bacon crumbled

1/4 cup of shredded cheese

2 cups of fresh chopped spinach

Start out by par-cooking one medium sized potato, dice into bite size pieces, season with Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning, then add it to a hot pan on medium high heat. Cook until the potatoes are nice and crusty.

Next spray a pan with some cooking spray then add in three egg whites. Let the eggs cook through (don't flip the egg), when its just about done add the fresh spinach, potato, cheese, and bacon. Finish in a 300-degree oven until cheese is melted through.

Back and Bi's 
I went to the gym and worked back, biceps, abs, and finished with cardio on the Jacob's Ladder.
