No Excuses (At Home Shoulder Workout)


Breakfast

After learning the kids would be out of school yet another day due to snow. I got up and made a light breakfast of oatmeal with dried cranberries and fresh strawberries coupled with festive egg whites. Egg whites taste pretty bland alone so I like adding in vegetables for flavor.

I executed a great shoulder workout using dumbbells and my body weight. I refused to make excuses to not exercise. Although I could of come up with quite a few. lol! 

Handstand fun.

After completing my workout, I decided to practice my handstand. The kids thought it was hilarious that I almost fell and bust my behind. 

Lunch

Lunch was a baked sweet potato with mixed greens and 2 oz of turkey breast not pictured. It doesn't sound very exciting, but it definitely hit the spot.
