Leg Day Training + Healthy Eats

Breakfast
Started my day right with a healthy breakfast of oats and scrambled eggs. Then proceeded to the gym for leg day focusing on my quadricep and gluteus muscles.

Leg Press

I executed hip width, wide, and closed-legged leg press sets. If you suffer from cellulite then you most definitely want to add these moves to your routine. It will help minimize the appearance of the cellulite. Couple that a healthy diet and you're in business. It's safe and cost effective versus those expensive creams they have on the market.

Cardio 

I was pretty soaked after my intense training session. I went and changed my shirt and met Jacobs Ladder for a low impact (yeah right, lol) cardio date. In total, I torched over 1000 calories during today's routine. I left the gym with awesome endorphin high. 

Lunch

I threw together a salad of mixed greens, avocado, tomato, and red onion with tuna on the side for lunch. Ending with a fresh bowl of red grapes. 


Dinner: Stuffed zucchini using left over spaghetti sauce from last nights dinner.

Prep

I washed and sliced 3 medium sized zucchini's.

I then scooped out the middle of each one, tossing them in a little extra virgin olive oil and seasoned with a pinch of kosher salt. I spooned in the meat sauce and topped with low fat mozzarella cheese. I put them in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. 

Finished product

This meal was easy to make and delicious. The recipe is very versatile because you can use any kind of stuffing you desire. I look forward to trying different versions in the future.
