DigiCurl's Booty Blaster Routine

Who doesn't want to have a nice back side? I put together a routine that can be performed at home with or without weights. You can also complete this in the gym. Execute this circuit resting only 30 secs in between reps and no more than 45 secs between each move. Check out the video of me demonstrating each move.

Exercise Moves

(L) Squat
(Middle) Lateral Lunge
(R) Top - Stationary Lunge
(R) Middle - Donkey Kick with Fire Hydrant Raise
(R) Bottom - Glute Bridge/Hip Extension

Make sure to squeeze/contract your glutes at the top of each move.
