Shoulders for Breakfast

Breakfast: Turkey egg cups with rolled oats topped with strawberries, praline pecans, and dried cranberries. I went to the gym and executed a great shoulder routine. I also worked abs and completed 35 minutes of cardio. The recipe for the egg cups can be found here.

In this video, I'm performing a one leg bicep curl to a shoulder press and cable straight arm pull-downs.

Dinner: Mini Sliders with avocado, lettuce, tomato, provolone cheese, and red onion with a beautiful side salad. I used whole wheat mini slider buns and lean organic ground beef. I cooked the burgers on my trusty George Foreman grill.
