Back Day Fun + Lunch

I worked my back, biceps, and abs along with 30 minutes of steady state cardio on the elliptical cross trainer.  In the following video's you will find a few challenging moves to help you sculpt and define a beautiful back.

This move is great for stability and balance. You're core, legs, and delta are all engaged when executing this exercise.

I made a chicken salad out of left over rotisserie chicken breast. I topped it with fresh spinach, tomato, and avocado with a small nectarine on the side. The hot dog buns pictured to the right are what I used for my sandwich. They're organic hot dog buns topped with flax seed and grains. The rolls are larger then your typical hot dog bun. I like to toast mine for a few minutes in the oven. Super delicious!
