Ab Challenge Check-In

My abs from week 2 into the challenge

Hello ladies, just checking in on those who are participating in the Ab Challenge. I'm feeling stronger and stronger the more I do the routine. I'm starting to see definition in my obliques and upper abdominals. We all know diet plays a major role in visibility of our abs. I'm definitely doing my best to keep things in check.
