The 6 Week Ab Challenge

Hi guys! Who doesn't want a toned mid-section? This seems to be a trouble area for most women, especially amongst women who have birthed children. Having a strong core enhances many functions of the body. Whether your goal is to have ripped abs or just a toned look. There is no denying the many benefits of having a strong core.

I'm sure you've all heard the phrase "abs are made in the kitchen"? Well it's true, healthy food choices will produce the best results. With that being said, I'm starting this challenge tonight and will end it in six weeks. I've taken a before picture to compare at the end of this challenge.
