Saturday Fun

It doesn't get much better than this, that's a subtle reminder I often say to myself! Especially when the temperature drops and along with it drops motivation, enthusiasm, and the desire to perform physical activity. Even when faced with the decision "should I stay or should I go to the gym?" I stayed true to my regimen, and embraced the frigid conditions. One full body workout later set the tone for the rest of my day! It was as if the weather didn’t seem as stale, because my accomplishment was fresh on my mind!

Fresh on my dinner plate Saturday evening was an artistically assembled burger with lettuce, tomato, avocado, and onions. This beef paddy was power pact with savory flavor and a sensationally soft bite.  My meal would have not been complete without a side of fresh strawberries topped with fat free whip cream! 

No matter how or what I have planned throughout my day, I always make time for spontaneity! When opportunity struck yesterday evening, I struck a few Yoga poses to challenge myself and balance out my day. I have a newfound infatuation and affinity for Yoga, and my intent is to join a Yoga class in the very near future. Remember, it's important to find innovative and new ways to stay upbeat, stay interested, and stay motivated! Make the most out of each and everyday, by making moves that make a difference!
