My Fitness Transformation

Progress is a slow process, and over the past two years I've managed significant progress towards sculpting and toning my body. In 2012, I reached my ideal weight of 135 pounds (L), and was excited to have accomplished my most sought after goal. In an effort to continue striving toward positive progress I decided to redefine my lean physique to develop muscular definition. After a year and half of dedicated weight training I'm now currently at 140 pounds (R) and significantly more sculpted. I've been able to transform myself twice over, and in doing so, I've provided proof that no one simply  "wakes up like this!" Each year I'm amazed at how my body continues to change, and I've enjoyed every phase of my journey. I took my time and did it the right way, at least the right way for me!

And as I've done throughout my entire fitness journey, I endured this process without the use of pre-workout formula(s), fat burners, steroids, testosterone boosters, or extreme faddish diets. The health and fitness industry will manipulate the consumer into believing you need to utilize the above stated items to achieve your desired look. I stand firm in my belief that anyone can accomplish their fitness goals by simply eating right and exercising. My body began transforming right before my eyes, and initially I didn't even notice due to my drive toward achieving my desired results. I exercise to tone and firm my body! It wasn't until I started looking a old photos that I began to notice the amazing changes in my physique. Please be patient with the process, but stay consistent and you too will earn results.

  1. I am all about small goals. Like you when my goals are smaller and attainable and I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, it makes it so much easier to achieve. And it's also a small crack at a much larger goal.

Thank you for taking the time to comment. Blessings!
