Glute Fun

I went into the lab and worked my legs. I performed several variations of squats, lunges, and dead-lifts. My legs felt like noodles upon the completion of this intense routine. I went home and fueled my body with chicken breast and spinach.  

I will!

I love combo exercise moves and often incorporate them into my routine. They help to build muscle, burn fat, and shake up a stale exercise routine. Best of all, it adds intensity and burns more calories in less time. In the video below I'm performing walking lunges with a weighted oblique twist.

I decided to take advantage of the unexpected warm weather by going for a late afternoon run on my favorite trails. In the video below I ran sprints and lunges across this small bridge. I returned home and stretched.
