Shoulder Workout + Lunch

Went into the lab for a quick intense 45-minute shoulder workout also completing 45 minutes of cardio on the elliptical trainer. I'm extremely proud of my shoulder progress.

I prepared a healthy sandwich for my after workout meal. I used a rotisserie chicken that I had purchased from the grocery store. I cut about 3 oz of the chicken breast meat sans the skin, topping it with a thin slice of swiss cheese. I toasted 2 slices of whole wheat bread adding the chicken, fresh avocado, lettuce, and tomato. It was simply divine.
