What's for Dinner? Teriyaki Salmon

It’s the ingredients that produce flavors expedient! Tonight I spread love by whipping up a family favorite, and this fish dish was super easy to make. I started with two fresh salmon filets rubbed down with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkled with garlic powder, black pepper, and Mrs. Dash garlic/herb seasoning. After adding a touch of savory, the teriyaki marinade was glazed over these thick filets; covered and baked for 25 minutes at 350°. Prior to putting in the oven, be mindful cooking time will vary depending on the thickness. Serve your salmon with your favorite side dish and enjoy! 

I was extremely pleased at how the Sweet Teriyaki flavor blended with salmon, and I'm looking forward to experimenting with additional flavors from the Mrs. Dash marinade line.   

I picked up these cute snow crab claws in the seafood department of Publix. They were extremely delicious, and definitely were complimentary to an already bright and colorful plate!
