Superfood: Spinach & Kale Ravioli


Tonight's dinner was spinach and kale ravioli with shrimp alfredo. I felt like Rachel Ray when it came to preparing a meal in under 30 minutes. 

The ravioli is stuffed with kale and gourmet cheeses. I boiled them according to the directions, drained them, and set them to the side.  I sautéed some fresh white shrimp in alfredo sauce. I finished the meal with garden salad and garlic bread. The texture of the ravioli was soft and chewy with the right amount of firmness
