Sunday Dinner at the Walke's

I believe "everything in moderation!" Tonight, I decided to make a long time favorite, fried fish. I used a store bought ready-made fish batter to dredge my fish in, frying it in extra virgin olive oil until golden brown. To compliment my dish, I sautéed some fresh zucchini and made a pot of mushroom and onion couscous. It was a hit with the family!
