Squat Challenge Results


Started from the bottom now we're here! The Digital Curls "So Hot to Squat Challenge" may be officially over, but the results achieved can certainly be sustained. Don’t allow your hard work and tireless efforts to fall by the waste side. 


Performing 3,770 squats in one month, is definitely one way to maximize results; however, it isn't the only way to produce a firm and tone gluteus. Incorporating lower body exercises periodically into your workout routine will aid in sustaining whatever progress you've made to this point. Exercises such as the lunge, donkey kick, hamstring curl, fire hydrant, and extension of the quadriceps are all available and at your disposal.
