Leg Day


I started my day out with a carb and protein filled breakfast. I sautéed some potatoes and onion in extra virgin olive oil pairing it with 2 boiled eggs, and 1 piece of black forrest bacon. It was just enough fuel to get me through my grueling leg workout.


I performed weighted back squats, dumbbell dead-lifts, leg extensions, and bosu ball squats to name a few.  


I made an after workout smoothie using 1 cup of protein powder, 1/3 cup of strawberries, 1/2 of a banana, and 8 oz of water. I have salmon on the dinner menu for tonight.
