Back and Biceps

In this video, I'm performing bent over rows and bicep curls while balancing on a bosu ball.

Do 4 sets of each move using a dumbbell that will allow you to perform 10 to 12 repetitions using perfect form. You can also execute these moves with out using the bosu ball.


Hold a pair of dumbbells at your sides, palms facing forward, and keep your back straight and chest up. Without moving your upper arms, bend your elbows and curl the weights toward your shoulders. Slowly lower the weights back to the starting position, straightening your arms completely. That's one rep.


Grab a pair of dumbbells and stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent. Bend forward from the hips until your chest is almost parallel to the floor, arms straight and weights in line with your shoulders (a). Pull the dumbbells up, squeezing your shoulder blades together (b). Pause, then return to start. That's one rep.
