Stretching



It's day 4 of the DigiCurls So Hot to Squat Challenge! I hope you all are doing well with completing those repetitions each day.  Please be sure that you're stretching your legs after you've performed you're squats. This will help with any tightness and soreness you'll experience. Inside is a video demonstrating some beginner lower body stretches.
