Rest Day


It's so easy to want to over exercise in fear that you'll either gain the weight back or lose your muscle gains. I don't believe in #teamNoDaysOff! The last thing you want to do is burn yourself out with over training. With that being said, enjoy your Rest day from the squat challenge.
