Lunch: Tuna Salad


Today's lunch was tuna salad and arugula on toasted on toasted whole wheat bread with a side of fresh cantaloupe. 




My tuna salad consisted of salad dressing, mustard, sweet relish, and 2 hard boiled eggs. I sometimes  use regular mayonnaise or greek yogurt when making tuna salad.
