Believe it or not, there are a multitude of weight loss tools that can be utilized for free. In my opinion, instituting a food journal was extremely beneficial during my weight loss journey. I was able to monitor and track my caloric intake on a daily basis. Tracking your diet is critical to weight loss; because it’s difficult to count calories on your own without having a tendency to go over or under.
