BBQ Spiced Chicken Tenderloins

Tonight, we had BBQ boneless and skinless chicken tenderloins. I used McCormick's applewood rub to season the chicken. I sautéed them in extra virgin olive oil on medium-high heat until the center was no longer pink, turning them once. I steamed some fresh broccoli on the side with couscous. I added sautéed onions to the couscous to kick the flavor up a notch. This meal was quick, easy, and delicious.
