Breakfast Wraps

This morning I made egg white, spinach, mushroom, and onion wraps topped with a little center cut bacon. I used 4 egg whites, 1/2 cup of baby portobellos, 1/4 onion, 1 1/2 cup of spinach and 2 pieces of bacon. I also used the mini "smart & delicious" honey oat wraps at 50 calories and 4 grams of fiber per wrap. This meal was quick, simple and delicious.
