Impromtu Breakfast

I woke up this morning and decided to use my leftover salmon I had from dinner the night prior in my breakfast. I roasted some asparagus using just extra virgin olive oil and kosher salt, toasted 1 slice of whole wheat toast while reheating the salmon in the oven. I then gently sauteed 1 egg leaving just enough yolk to create the perfect runny egg. This meal was simply delicious and hassle free to cook. It only took me 10 minutes to prepare from start to finish.

  1. Hi :) I am doing good, son has a job :) and he has his permit now :D.He is just about done with the drivers ed course online, then he can go take his driving test with a DPS,and get his regular Driver License

    1. That's great to hear. Wow Jacob has grown so much and becoming a very responsible young man. Awesome job you've done raising him. I don't know what I'm going to do when my boys start driving. lol. I guess we shall see. :)
