Breakfast My Way

I like to get my day started with a good breakfast. Here are some of my favorite meals to make:

Scrambled eggs with sauteed spinach and bacon.

On the left is one of my favorite breakfast sandwiches, egg white mcmuffin with low fat and gluten free canadian bacon. On the right scrambled eggs with a croissant and turkey.

Over easy eggs on whole wheat toast with turkey sausage.

Whole wheat bagel with light cream cheese and a smudge of strawberry jam with hard boiled eggs on the side.

Blueberry wheat pancakes with strawberries.

On the left scrambled eggs, bacon, and kiwi. On the right 3 scrambled egg whites with 2 kashi waffles topped with banana and walnuts. The banana and walnuts were sauteed in a little butter and syrup.
