Throwback Thursday: My Weight Loss

I seriously thought that the baby weight would fall off. HA! I thought there has to be a health issue going on with me. I went and got all my blood work done and everything came back great. It was my poor eating habits and lack of physical activity. I had to realize I was no longer a person who could eat what ever I wanted and not gain. I started researching about healthy foods and food labels. I slowly started swapping out the unhealthy foods with better options. I got my husband and children involved. If I was going to be successful, I needed the support of everyone. Find positive people that will be supportive of your lifestyle change. Everyone will not be happy about your choice. You must remember it is for YOU and YOU alone. You deserve it!
