My Shoulder Workout

I went in did a 40 minute push/pull shoulder routine with a few back exercises. I also sprinted on the stair-maister for 40 minutes. I'm amazed at the definiton in my back. I'm going to start taking more pictures so I can see my progress. I'm not looking to become extremly sculpted, but I'm enjoying the definition.
