My Friday Fitness

Today, I enjoyed a full body workout of supersets. I performed 2 exercise moves per muscle group. A superset is performed when two exercises are performed in a row without stopping.

I forgot to bring my protein drink with this morning so I grabbed this summer roll from the store. It's stuffed with crab, shrimp, lettuce, cucumbers, carrots and avocado. 

When I finally made it home I whipped up a baked crab cake, salad, and 1/2 of a baked sweet potato for lunch. I've had a pretty productive day this far. What body part did you work out?
