Make Time For Your Health



People will make time for what's important to them. Put yourself first and make time to take care of you and your health. Remember no gym membership necessary. There is an abundance of workout DVDs and free YouTube workout videos at your finger tips.

Pictured is last weeks total calories burned and duration for Monday - Friday to include cardio and weight training. I clock both separately.
