How Flexible Are You?



Today, was my first time trying a back bend. I thought I did pretty good. lol! I'm trying to gain more flexibility. I'm going to start incorporating more yoga into my routine. Did 45 minutes of cardio and a short leg and shoulder circuit. Enjoyed sweating in the sauna for 20 minutes.

  2. I wish that I could do a dang back bend :( I really need to work on my flexibility.......I seriously just tried to do a back bend again...#EPICFAIL
