SquatAthon Challenge Results

DigitalCurls

Here is my before and after results of the squatAthon challenge, I participated in for the month of December. I have more lift in my glutes and toned legs. In addition to doing the squaAthon challenge I trained my legs 1x a week. On non-leg training days, I would perform lunges, deadlifts, bridge ups, squats or any other exercise that targeted the glutes in between whatever muscle group worked that day. My cardio consisted of high intensity hill runs and sprints on the elliptical cross trainer and treadmill.

    1. Squats are great for working the entire leg. There are so many routines out there. I posted a squat challenge a few months back. If you're just starting out I would start with getting your form right. Youtube has many great videos on squats. :)

    1. That's a great question, thank you for asking! Weights are not required to perform the squat-a-thon challenge. You simply execute the number of squats designated on the chart for each day. I will be hosting another one beginning in November.
