Post Workout Lunch: Tuna Salad


I had tuna salad on a bed of crunchy romaine lettuce with a side of tomato and 1/2 of a grapefruit. I used a 2.6 oz pack of starkist low-sodium tuna in water, 1 tsp of sweet relish, 1 tsp of mustard, a tbsp of mayonnaise, and 1 hard boiled egg. It was light and delicious providing my body with over 23 grams of protein.
