Lunch: Curry Shrimp Salad

I had shrimp salad with a sweet baked potato on the side for lunch today. I made a curry sauce using 1 tsp of curry powder, 2 tsp of dijon mustard and 1/2 tsp of honey. I added the mixture to the shrimp and cooked them for about 3 minutes. I poured the shrimp and sauce right on top of the bed of romaine lettuce. I didn't use or need any additional salad dressing. This dish was light, clean, and easy at just 241 calories. 

I track my food using a smart phone application called, Lose It. It calculates calories, total fat, carbohydrates, scans bar codes and much more. It's very similar to the myfitnesspal application if your familiar with that one. It's been helpful in showing me exactly what I'm eating everyday. It's an excellent tool for those looking to lose and maintain weight. Both applications are free and can be used online and on your mobile smartphones.
