Celebrate Every Pound!

In the picture above are my total calories burned from last weeks training sessions. I worked out Monday - Friday performing 35 minutes of cardio plus weight training. I'm on no strict or fad diet and I don't take weight loss pills. I simply eat balanced meals and workout. They say it takes 3500 calories to gain 1 lb of fat. You can burn 1 lb of fat by consuming 3500 fewer calories than you normally consume. Over a period of a week, that equates to consuming 500 fewer calories per day. It takes a lot of hard work and discipline to lose weight so celebrate every inch and or pound you lose because it adds up.
