Breakfast: Muesli Roll

I had a muesli roll that I bought from my local Publix bakery for breakfast. It was made with oats, sesame seeds, flax seeds, raisins, and cranberrys. It was nice and crusty on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. I paired it with 2 sauteed egg whites and 1/2 half of a grapefruit. It provided all the nutrients I needed to power through my workout. 

It was delicious! I bet it would also taste good with a little cream cheese.
