Week 3 Complete

Week 3 of my workout routine has come to an end and I'm still going strong. I'm still completing my squats each day for the squatAthon as well. I feel my body getting stronger eack week. Looking forward to pushing myself even further next week with heavier weights. Going out with a bang! lol!


  1. squats everyday? how many sets/ reps? just curious :)

    1. I was participating in a squatAthon challenge from Instagram. I posted it a fee weeks back. The challenge has you doing squats everyday with very few rest days. For example today is the last day of the challenge and you are required to complete 100 squats. I usually break mine up into sets of 25 to 30. I may do a few sets in the morning, afternoon, and night. On top of the challenge I still workout and do squats and leg training. It was easier for me to break mine up that way I know I could complete them. :)
