Squat it out...


Ladies and Gents if you would like to have strong toned legs and glutes. I suggest you squat! You don't have to do barbell squats to achieve this. You can do regular squats using your own body weight. Squats are one of my favorite leg exercises.

  1. I have a hard time, my right knee is BAD! i fell from horse, and broke knee cap in 3 places, tore lig,crushed nerve,and torn cartlidge all in right leg.

  2. the problem was my doc kept telling me nothing was wrong, the hospital didnt even x-ray leg when i went to er.I walked on it 6 months before seeing a sports meds doc,thats when i found out what was all wrong. now nothing can be done except a knee cap replacement
