No Excuses!



I didn't let a little rain and cold weather stop me from hitting the gym today! I completed 45 minutes of cardio on my favorite cardio machine, the elliptical cross trainer ending with abs and 45 squats from the squatAthon challenge. I made a protein banana smoothie using the following: 1 scoop of protein powder (muscle milk), 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of water, 1 frozen banana and handful of ice. Yummy! Reminded me of a banana milk shake.
