My New Workout Regimen - Next 4 Weeks

Hello Everyone! Here is my new workout regimen for the next 4 weeks. It consist of a full body workout of supersets with dumbbells. Supersetting is an advanced training method in which you do 2 exercises, one after the other, with no rest in between. I'm going to do this coupled with cardio 3x per week. I will also continue to participate in the December squat-A-thon challenge. My goal is to lean my body out. My current weight is 140 lbs. My goal is to lose 5 to 10 lbs in the next 2 to 3 months.
