Dinner: Lemon Tilapia & Parmesan Couscous

I baked/broiled some tilapia using extra virgin olive oil and seasoning it with fresh squeezed lemon juice, mccormick's low sodium season salt, pepper and garlic. I like to bake my fish first for about 10 minutes or so on 350 degrees and finish it under the broiler on low for a nice crust on the top. You must stay close by the oven because it can and will burn if you leave it in too long. I had steamed broccoli parmesan couscous (Near East brand), and pearl onions on the side. It was very light and delicious.
