Breakfast, Gym, and Lunch

Breakfast consisted of oatmeal with fresh berries and hard boiled eggs (2 whites and 1 whole). I then proceeded to the gym for an intense cardio and leg session. I performed squats, walking lunges, leg press, calve raises and more with free weights. I went 35 minutes full intensity on the Elliptical cross trainer burning 413 calories. Lunch was a 3 oz baked parmesan crusted chicken breast over a bed of romaine lettuce, english cucumbers and baked sweet potato.
