Fitness Inspiration: DigitalCurls

My body has been through an amazing journey over the past few years! I've found in order to maintain my health it calls for a complete commitment and lifestyle change. I've provided a photographic timeline to display a visual of my how hard work and dedication has transformed my body. I was at my heaviest weighing in at 181 lbs in the photograph to the far left. I started weight watchers and began exercising and was able to drop 38 lbs (center). I decided to incorporate a weightlifting regiment into my routine that has provided tone and definition to the shape of my body. To be perfectly honest, there wasn't an easier route to take charge of my health! Trust and believe if you're struggling with your weight and feel you’ve exhausted all of your options there is a way you can do it!
