Dinner: Avocado Burgers


Fresh vine ripe tomatoes, lettuce, and red onion.



I combined the avocado, sour cream (about 2 tbsp), salt, pepper, and a little lime juice. Adding sour cream is optional.


Using 93% lean ground beef seasoned with McCormick's season all, garlic, and pepper. I cooked the hand rolled hamburger patties on my George Foreman grill for about 3 minutes. 


 I baked my fries in the oven at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes (baking the fries is a great way to cut out unnecessary fat from frying). I topped my bun with fresh, lettuce, tomato, and red onion.


I topped my burger with sargento naturals provolone cheese and my avocado mix. Fresh and delicious!
