Breakfast: Multigrain Pancakes


I tried a new brand of pancake mix by Natures Path Organic. It contained flax seeds, whole-wheat flour, whey powder, and vital wheat gluten. You can use water, milk or soymilk to determine the texture of your pancakes, depending on how fluffy you want them. Up to this point, I've only used water and milk and on both occasions my pancakes cooked up a nice texture and the flavor wasn't too grainy. At 140 calories per serving and 1 gram of fat they're sure not to expand your waistline. LOL! My husband and I enjoyed them! 




I paired my pancakes with scarmbeled eggs and 2 slices of center cut bacon.
